Are you looking for a gentle Yoga Class full of Mindfulness practice..? If so, this is the class for you!

In this gentle, flowing practice you will recalibrate your body towards wholeness, and sensitise your mind to become intimate with your own presence. This practice is based on sensitivity to sensation so that we may become more intimate with the richness of our own nature.”

Henrietta is an Embodied Resilience and Senior Dynamic Yoga Teacher with many years experience.

The Wellness Studio at Castle Quay is a peaceful and inspiring environment and classes are kept small to ensure that all attendees received ample attention and encouragement in a nourishing group environment. As the numbers are limited, pre-booking is essential.

When: Thursdays 6.45 pm – 8 pm – First class starts on the 27th of February

Where: The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay)

How: All equipment needed will be provided (mats, bolsters, blocks etc).

How Much: £ 10/Class or £ 90/10 Classes
