Beniamin Kasprzyk is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist at Jersey Chiropractic & Wellness Centre in Castle Quay, St Helier, Jersey. He is committed to helping patients understand their condition, improve their physical function and take an active role in their recovery.

Beniamin combines physiotherapy treatment with movement-based approaches, manual therapy and patient education to develop individualised treatment plans based on each patient’s needs, goals and lifestyle.

He particularly enjoys working with people and supporting them throughout their recovery journey, helping patients develop the knowledge, confidence and practical self-management strategies they need to manage their condition and return to the activities that are important to them.

Beniamin’s Story

Beniamin was born in 1976 and grew up in Poland. His career in physiotherapy began at the Medical Vocational College of Busko-Zdrój, where he completed a three-year physiotherapy course and qualified as a Physiotherapy Technician in 1998.

In 2007, Beniamin continued his studies at the Medical University of Lodz, completing the five-year physiotherapy programme and obtaining his MSc in Physiotherapy.

Throughout his career, Beniamin has remained committed to developing his clinical knowledge and skills. Alongside his formal education, he has undertaken additional training in movement assessment and manual therapy, including Movement Solution I with Kinetic Control and four modules covering basic and advanced full-body manual therapy.

He particularly enjoys building positive relationships with his patients and helping them develop a better understanding of their condition and recovery.

A Patient-Centred Approach

Beniamin believes that effective physiotherapy involves more than simply addressing symptoms. He places great importance on helping patients understand their condition, diagnosis and treatment plan so that they can take an active role in their recovery.

He works closely with each patient to identify their individual needs and goals, providing practical advice and self-management strategies that can support their progress during and beyond their physiotherapy treatment.

For Beniamin, one of the most rewarding aspects of physiotherapy is supporting patients as they work towards recovery and the activities and goals that are important to them.

Life Outside Physiotherapy

Sport and physical fitness have always been an important part of Beniamin’s life.

He enjoys a variety of sports and physical activities, including tennis, snowboarding and surfing. More recently, he has developed a passion for triathlon.

His enthusiasm for an active lifestyle gives him a personal appreciation of the importance of movement and physical fitness, and he enjoys helping patients work towards the activities and goals that matter to them.
