Our Team at ‘The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay)’ and the ‘Jersey Chiropractic Centre’ are pleased to offer our Chiropractic Patient Members the service of direct invoicing for Private Medical Insurance Claims.

Our Chiropractic Team is registered with most major Private Medical Insurance Companies i.e. (AXA PPP, BUPA, BUPA Global, AVIVA, Allianz, CIGNA, etc).

If you would like our help in submitting your claim, please follow the below instructions:

1. Prior to your first visit, please call your Private Medical Insurance Company for instructions and directions. It is important that your claim is pre-authorised prior to your first appointment, as many insurance companies will not pay for treatment retrospectively. Some insurance companies will also require you to visit your GP for a formal referral for Chiropractic treatment prior to your first appointment.
2. At the time of your first visit, please provide us with the name of your insurance company, your policy number and claim authorisation number. We also need to know how much your excess is and if there are certain limitations to your claim (monetary or number of treatments).
3. A £ 20.00 admin fee is charged by us for this service, and payable at the time of your first visit.

Often Private Medical Insurance Companies will authorise an initial set number of treatments e.g. (5 – 10 sessions), after which a Treatment Progress Form can be filled in by your Chiropractor. Once this form has been submitted to your insurance company, often further treatment sessions will be authorised.

Please note that although we are happy to provide this service to our patient members, the settlement of any outstanding amount/s is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
