5 Week Mindfullness Course
This 5 week course instructed by Daniel Ireland (UK & Europe recognised British School of Meditation accredited trainer), will gradually guide you through a wide range of different meditations and mindfulness practises, aimed to ease you into this wonderful, potentially life changing tool.

Each session consists of guided mindfulness meditation, discussion and time for question and answers. Over the 5 weeks you will get an understanding of:

  • Mindfulness – The Four Foundations & The Four Reminders
  • Mindfulness Meditations
  • Meditations for the 21st Century – Mantra & SATANAMA Meditation
  • Buddhist Meditations – Metta & Mudita
  • ‘Objectlessness’
  • Meditation techniques for busy people
  • Visualisation Meditations

We also look at, as often as possible:

  • Understanding the science of meditation
  • Incorporating Meditation Practice into your day
  • The 1% rule

As part of the course you will be given access to links and scripts to continue your practice at home, as well as a group page for weekly hints tips and advice from the teacher. We will discuss the week that has gone, what meditations you have used, what worked, and what didn’t.

By the end of the course, you will have tried a wide range of meditations, and enabling you to start focusing on the techniques that you find works best for you. This course is suitable for both complete beginners and those who want to refresh their practice.
